Educational Qualification

  • ITI Electrician: ITI in Electrician trade.
  • Diploma (Electrical/Civil): 3-year Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
  • Graduate (Electrical/Civil): B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in a relevant discipline.
  • HR Executive: MBA (HR) or PGDM in Personnel Management.
  • CSR Executive: MSW or qualification in Rural Development / Management.
  • Rajbhasha Assistant: BA in Hindi with knowledge of English.

Candidates must have completed their qualification between 12 March 2024 and 11 March 2026. Distance or part-time courses are not accepted.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years

Age relaxation will be provided according to the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Application Fee

No application fee is required for this apprenticeship recruitment.

Selection Process

  • Application screening and eligibility verification.
  • Shortlisting of candidates based on academic qualifications.
  • Document verification of shortlisted candidates.
  • Final merit list preparation.
  • Apprenticeship engagement after verification.

No written examination or interview will be conducted.

Stipend / Benefits

  • ITI Electrician: ₹13,500 per month
  • Diploma (Electrical/Civil): ₹15,000 per month
  • Graduate Engineers: ₹17,500 per month
  • HR / CSR / Rajbhasha: ₹17,500 per month

Additional benefits such as Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) support and House Rent Allowance may increase the monthly stipend up to approximately ₹20,000.
