Eligibility Criteria
- Executive Trainee (IT): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science from an AICTE-approved university/institution with at least 65% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS and 60% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
- Executive Trainee (Mining): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from an AICTE-recognized university or institution with a minimum of 65% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS and 60% for SC/ST candidates.
- Executive Trainee (Chemical): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university or institution with at least 65% marks for eligible categories and 60% marks for SC/ST candidates.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 29 years for Unreserved (UR) candidates.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years (UR), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)
- J&K Domicile: 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen / Victims of Riots: As per Government of India guidelines

Selection Process
- Document Verification (DV) based on GATE 2025 marks.
Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive pay in Pay Matrix Level 10 ranging from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 during the one-year probation period. After successful completion of probation, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Managers in the same pay scale.
