Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
- Minimum eight years of experience as Assistant University Librarian or College Librarian in Academic Pay Level-10 / AGP ₹6000 or above.
- Demonstrated experience in developing innovative library services, including the integration of ICT tools.
- Ph.D. in Library Science, Information Science, Documentation Science, Archives & Manuscript Keeping, or Library Computerization.
- Research score of at least 75 as per UGC Regulations 2018 (Appendix I Table 1).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both Bengali and English.
