Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Relevant work experience in wealth management, banking, investment advisory, or financial services is required depending on the post.
- Additional qualifications such as postgraduate management degrees or certifications like NISM/IRDA may be desirable for certain roles.
- Applicants must meet nationality requirements as per Government of India rules.
- A satisfactory credit history with a minimum acceptable credit score is required.
Age Limit
- AVP II – Group Head: 31 to 45 years
- AVP II – Territory Head: 27 to 40 years
- Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager: 24 to 35 years
- Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist: 24 to 45 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
Application Fee
- UR / EWS / OBC: ₹850 (including GST) + payment charges
- SC / ST / PwD / Women / Ex-Servicemen: ₹175 (including GST) + charges

Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary based on their qualifications, experience, and market standards. The positions are offered on a contractual basis for an initial period of 5 years, extendable up to a maximum of 10 years or until 60 years of age, subject to performance.
