About IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Recruitment 2026

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), North Zone has released the latest recruitment notification for Hospitality Monitor posts on contractual basis. A total of 92 vacancies have been announced for candidates holding qualifications in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, Culinary Arts, Tourism and related disciplines. Eligible candidates can attend the walk-in interview scheduled between June 2026 at different locations including New Delhi, Srinagar, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Lucknow.

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from recognized institutes affiliated with NCHMCT / UGC / AICTE / Government of India.
  • BBA/MBA in Culinary Arts from Indian Culinary Institutes under Ministry of Tourism.
  • B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Science from recognized universities.
  • MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from recognized universities.
  • Freshers with relevant qualifications are eligible to attend the walk-in interview.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills are desirable.

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age for UR Candidates: 27 Years
  • SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years Relaxation
  • OBC (NCL) Candidates: 3 Years Relaxation
  • PwBD Candidates: 10 Years Relaxation
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India rules
  • Age will be calculated as on 01 May 2026.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly CTC: Rs. 30,000/-
  • Daily Allowance: Rs. 350/- per day during on-board duty
  • Lodging Charges: Rs. 240/- for eligible outstation stay
  • Medical Insurance reimbursement as per policy
  • National Holiday Allowance applicable as per rules
  • Selected candidates must furnish a security deposit of Rs. 25,000/-
