Eligibility Criteria
- Finance Posts: Graduate with CA or ICWA along with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Engineering Posts: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline with minimum 3 years experience in PSU or large industry.
- Safety Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Fire Engineering with relevant experience in industrial safety.
- HR Posts: MBA or PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, HR, or related field with required experience.
- All qualifications must be from recognized institutions and obtained in full-time mode.
Age Limit
- Sr Manager (Finance): Maximum 51 years
- Dy Manager (Finance/HR): Maximum 48 years
- Officer, Engineer, Safety Officer: Maximum 40 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules.
Application Fee
- UR / OBC / EWS: ₹200
- SC / ST / PwBD: No Fee
- Fee must be paid online and is non-refundable.

Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay scales are based on IDA pattern with annual increments.
- Approximate CTC ranges from ₹8.94 lakh to ₹17.90 lakh per annum depending on the post.
- Contract duration is 2 years, extendable up to 4 years based on performance.
