Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university approved by Government or regulatory bodies such as UGC or AICTE.
- Minimum marks required: 60% for General/EWS/OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Candidates must possess valid degree certificates or provisional certificates issued on or before 01 March 2026.
- Basic knowledge of computers and information technology is expected.
Language & Domicile
- Candidates must be able to read, write and understand at least one of the local languages of the zone applied for.
- A domicile certificate or academic proof of language proficiency may be required.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
- Candidate must be born between 02 March 2001 and 01 March 2006 (both dates inclusive).
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules for reserved categories.

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates joining as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade “O”) will receive a compensation package based on the Cost to Company (CTC) model.
- Estimated annual CTC: ₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh for postings in Class A cities at the time of joining.
- Employees will be covered under the IDBI Bank New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS).
- Career progression allows promotion to Grade “A” officer after approximately three years of service subject to performance and vacancy availability.
