About the Recruitment
The Indian Air Force has released the Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2027 Recruitment 2026 notification under the Agnipath Scheme. This recruitment allows eligible candidates to join the Indian Air Force for a four-year service period as Agniveer Vayu personnel. Candidates who have completed 12th with Physics and Mathematics, an engineering diploma, or vocational courses can apply. The application window has been reopened from 03 March to 10 March 2026, giving applicants another opportunity to submit or correct their online application forms.

Educational Qualification
- Science Subjects: 12th with Physics, Mathematics, and English with at least 50% marks overall and 50% in English.
- OR 3-year Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, or Information Technology with minimum 50% marks and 50% in English.
- OR a 2-year vocational course with Physics and Mathematics with a minimum 50% marks and 50% in English.
- Other Than Science Subjects: 12th with minimum 50% marks overall and 50% in English, or a 2-year vocational course with the same marks criteria.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 17.5 Years
- Maximum Age: 21 Years
