Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Director (EDP): Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering OR degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, or Economics with a PG Diploma in Computer Applications or IT.
- Assistant Director (Research): Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Catering Officer: Bachelor’s degree along with a Diploma in Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition and relevant work experience.
- Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical): Engineering degree in Electrical or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Executive Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical): Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in an executive position.
- Deputy Secretary: Graduate degree with around 9 years of experience in administration, personnel management, or industrial relations.
- Senior Welfare Officer: Degree with specialization or diploma in Social Science and experience in labour welfare or industrial relations.
- Deputy Manager (Welfare): Degree with Social Science qualification and extensive experience in labour welfare or industrial relations.
Age Limit
- Assistant Director, Catering Officer, Assistant Executive Engineer – 18 to 30 years
- Executive Engineer, Senior Welfare Officer – 21 to 35 years
- Deputy Secretary, Deputy Manager – 21 to 40 years
Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India regulations.

Selected candidates will receive salary under the IDA pay scale along with other benefits and allowances as applicable under Mumbai Port Authority service rules.
