Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Indian citizens.
- Second class Master’s Degree from a recognised university.
- First class Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or an equivalent qualification recognised by NCTE.
- Minimum 10 years of continuous teaching experience in a recognised secondary school or Madrasah.
- Ability to teach in English with good communication and expression skills.
- Knowledge of Bengali language (reading, writing, and speaking) is required, except for candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali.

- Maximum Age: 50 years (as on 01 January 2026)
