About Recruitment
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Kalyani has announced recruitment for 131 Senior Resident (Non-Academic) posts across multiple clinical and non-clinical departments. The appointments will be made on tenure basis under the Central Residency Scheme. Eligible candidates possessing MD, MS, DNB, MDS, or equivalent qualifications can submit the online application form before the closing date. The interview process will be conducted in hybrid mode, allowing both online and offline participation.

Educational Qualification
- Medical candidates should possess MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate degree in the relevant specialty from a recognized institution.
- Dental candidates should hold MDS qualification in the relevant specialty.
- Hospital Administration applicants should possess MD/DNB in Hospital Administration.
- Senior Demonstrator candidates should have M.Sc./M.Biotech/M.Stat along with PhD in the concerned subject.
Age Limit
- Maximum age limit: 45 years as on the date of notification.
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation.
- OBC candidates: 3 years relaxation.
- PwD candidates: 10 years relaxation.

Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Personal Interview conducted in Hybrid Mode (Online & Offline).
- Document verification will be carried out for shortlisted candidates.
- Final merit list will be prepared based on interview performance.
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Senior Residents on tenure basis under the Central Residency Scheme for a maximum period of three years. Additional allowances and service benefits will be applicable as per AIIMS norms.
